What is Restorative Therapy?
Restorative Therapy is commonly used to help individuals experiencing and/or dealing with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, work-related stress, burn-out or trauma. It focuses on healing and replenishing the emotional and psychological well-being of the individual while helping to regain balance. I help my clients find sustainable ways to restore their mental clarity and emotional stability with the ultimate goal of achieving emotional sobriety and emotional freedom.
